動画説明文：: (written by "Dusty the Fox" - not Jay) This is the background behind the story of Dusty the fox. (as I am apparently called). This is some of the footage of my friends and I during our first attempts to fly. This all happened before the seen described in the book where Jake broke his foot. In real life I asked Jake if he wanted to be the first to try "para sailing" behind the truck or if I should be the test dummy. He stepped up to the plate and strapped on the full body harness I got at a garage sale for $5. the plan was for Jake to start in the back of the truck and for me to slowly belay him out with a tow line that was attached to a figure eight. When the truck started to move the parachute started flying all over the place and threw Jake around the back of the truck quite a bit. As he was more or less tucked into a ball to protect him self from the beating he was getting he yelled at me "what ever you do Dustin, don't let me go" no sooner had he said this then a strong gust of wind came and pulled the parachute and Jake with it into the air. The tow line that attached Jake to the truck started to snap. As soon as I heard the dreaded "crack...snap....snap" I instinctively let some of the rope slip through the figure eight to alleviate the pressure the parachute was putting on it. In a blink of an eye twenty feet of rope got sucked through the figure eight which made it so hot that the rope was severely melted. I looked up and saw Jake freely swinging through the air high above my head. My only thought was "O crap... he is going to kill me.. I let him go." There was a lot of yelling at this point and the truck quickly came to a stop. Jake landed safely on the ground, but not wanting his adventure to end he flared the parachute and the wind took him again high into the air... and then suddenly stopped. Jake then more or less fell out of the sky and broke his foot. As for the rest of us our only logical reaction to the situation was to grab our camera and film him rolling around on the ground in pain while holding on to his leg and saying how awesome it had been.
